We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it โ unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@redmandarins.com if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item

๐ซ Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items that come in direct contact with the body or food
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Breast Pumps
- Nasal Aspirators
- Baby Toothbrushes
- Feeding Sets
For hygiene and safety reasons, these products are only eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Weโll notify you once weโve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@redmandarins.com.
